All our employees, from technicians to central station operators, are from the central Pennsylvania area. That means you can rest assured that if your security system alarm goes off, the operator calling you is familiar with your area and neighborhood and knows what it takes to get services to you immediately. Many other companies outsource their monitoring to completely different states, so monitoring operators rarely have any familiarity with a client’s area. Another benefit for our customers is that all our security system installation crews are local as well, so they’re dispatched from this area. That means we can respond to service issues within 24 hours or less. While our main facility is located in Lancaster county, we have several other locations throughout central PA.

We Have A State Of The Art Central Monitoring Station.

Unlike most security system companies, we keep our security monitoring in house with our UL Listed/FM Approved/CSAA 5-Diamond Certified Central Monitoring Station. The station has been designed and built with the highest level of security possible, including redundant power sources and computer systems, bulletproof glass, keyed and fingerprint access control systems and the most up to date security monitoring software, which allows us to respond within 10-15 seconds to any alarms.
