• Typically its advised to have you IT person keep records of all passwords and keys in a secure area that cannot be accessed by anyone else in the company except for (optionally) the owners. • Install and maintain adequate locks on all doors, windows and storage areas.

• Install and maintain adequate lighting on the exterior perimeter of your building(s). This includes back doors, loading docks and parking lots.

• Provide cabinets and overheads with locks and keys so employees can keep there belongings (especially at a desk) safe.
